Refund Policy
We back the service we sell. Try Yeah IPTV free, and if a paid plan doesn't click, we'll sort it out.
Yeah IPTV wants every subscriber to feel good about their plan. This page explains how refunds work, who qualifies, and what to do if your plan isn't the right fit.
1. Free Trial First
Before you spend a cent, we'd rather you try the service. The Yeah IPTV trial runs for 7 full days with no card required. You get the same channels, the same EPG, and the same player apps as a paid subscriber.
The trial ends on its own. Nothing renews, nothing charges, nothing surprises you. To grab one, head to our Free Trial page.
2. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you've already paid and the service isn't working for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. We don't grill you over the reason.
- The request needs to land within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The guarantee covers your first paid plan — it doesn't apply to later renewals.
- Refunds go back to the same payment method you used to subscribe.
- Banks and processors usually take 3–7 business days to show the credit.
3. How to Request a Refund
Reach out to support and we'll handle it. Pick whichever option is easiest for you:
- WhatsApp: Message us on WhatsApp
- Contact form: Send a note from our contact page
Include the email tied to your Yeah IPTV account and roughly when you bought the plan. We respond to refund tickets within 48 hours, often the same day.
4. Renewals & Auto-Billing
Plans renew on their own unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges aren't covered by the 7-day window, so cancel at least 24 hours ahead if you don't want the next cycle to bill. Stuck on cancelling? Ping support and we'll walk you through it.
5. When Refunds Don't Apply
A few situations sit outside this policy:
- Requests that arrive more than 7 days after the original payment.
- Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — sharing logins, reselling, or similar misuse.
- Payments that already have a bank chargeback open against them. Talk to us first, please — chargebacks lock the account and slow everyone down.
6. Try Support Before Asking for a Refund
If you're seeing buffering, missing channels, or a player that won't load, give support a shot before you tap out. Most stream problems get fixed in a few minutes once we know the device and country you're on. Our team is around 24/7 on WhatsApp.
7. Updates to This Policy
We can update this Refund Policy when the business changes. New terms apply from the day they're posted, and anything you bought before that keeps the rules that were live at checkout. We'll bump the "last updated" date at the top whenever something material shifts.
8. Still Have Questions?
Anything here unclear? Send us a message and we'll explain it in plain English.
