Privacy Policy
The plain-English guide to what Yeah IPTV collects, why we collect it, and the controls you have over your data.
Your privacy matters to us at Yeah IPTV ("we", "us", "our"), and we've written this policy to spell out exactly what that means in practice. When you visit yeahiptv.cam or sign up for our IPTV service, certain personal data gets collected — this page walks through what we gather, why we need it, who we share it with, and the rights you can exercise over it.
1. Who We Are
Yeah IPTV is a paid IPTV subscription service. If you've got a privacy question or a request you'd like us to act on, head to our contact page or ping us directly on WhatsApp. Real humans read every message.
2. Data We Collect
Information you give us
- Email address — we can't deliver your account credentials without one, so this is the only truly required field at sign-up.
- Payment details — handled by trusted processors (Stripe, PayPal, and selected crypto gateways). Your full card number never lands on our servers.
- Name — entirely optional, only useful when you write to support and want a personal reply.
- Support conversations — anything you send through email, WhatsApp, or the contact form gets stored alongside your account for context.
Information collected in the background
- IP address — we read it for fraud checks and to show you the right local pricing. It isn't kept in long-term logs.
- Device and browser — picked up through cookies so the site loads correctly on your screen.
- Page-view and session data — gathered by analytics cookies (you'll find the full list in our Cookies Policy).
3. How We Use Your Data
- Setting up and running your Yeah IPTV subscription.
- Emailing you your login details and any service notices.
- Processing your payments safely.
- Answering tickets and chat messages you send to support.
- Spotting fraud and patching weak spots on the site.
- Meeting legal and tax obligations we're bound by.
We don't sell your personal data. Full stop. We also don't run automated profiling or decision-making that produces a legal effect on you.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're based in the European Union, here are the grounds we rely on to handle your information lawfully:
- Contract performance — we process your email so we can actually deliver the service you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — running fraud checks and making the product better.
- Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies. You can pull that consent back whenever you like.
- Legal obligation — anything the law specifically requires us to do.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU Residents)
If you're inside the European Economic Area, you've got these rights and we'll honor them:
- Right to access — get a copy of what we hold on you.
- Right to rectification — ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Right to erasure — request that we wipe your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restrict processing — tell us to pause what we do with your data.
- Right to data portability — get your records in a machine-readable file.
- Right to object — push back on processing we run under legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — flip cookie-based consent off anytime.
To use any of these, drop us a note via the contact page. We'll get back to you inside 30 days.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
California residents have a specific set of rights too:
- The right to know what personal information we collect and what we do with it.
- The right to ask for that information to be deleted.
- The right to opt out of any sale of your personal data. (Again: we don't sell it.)
- The right not to be treated differently for exercising any of the above.
Send your CCPA request through our contact page and we'll handle it.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
Living in Brazil? The Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados gives you a similar package: access, correction, deletion, portability, plus the right to be told how your information is being used. The contact page is the fastest route to file a request.
8. Data Sharing
We only pass your information to:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) so transactions go through securely.
- Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) in anonymized form, and only when your cookie consent allows it.
- Law enforcement, but strictly when we're legally compelled to.
9. Data Retention
Your email sits with us for as long as your subscription's active, plus a 90-day buffer afterwards — unless you ask for an earlier wipe. Payment records have to stick around longer to satisfy tax rules, which is typically seven years in most jurisdictions.
10. Cookies
Cookies do show up on this site, and we explain each one — what it does and how to switch it off — in our Cookies Policy.
11. Security
All traffic between your browser and our servers runs over HTTPS encryption. Only a small group of authorized staff can reach subscriber records, and we review our security setup regularly to keep it tight.
12. Changes to This Policy
This page won't stay static forever. When we update it, the "Last updated" date at the top moves with the edit. For anything that materially changes how we handle your data, active subscribers get a heads-up by email.
13. Contact
Got a privacy question we haven't answered here? Reach out through the contact page — we aim to reply within 48 hours.
